电子绩效支持系统:高校教师培训的一种选择

我国高校教师教育技术培训在实践性知识内容把握、培训方式选择、教学效能提高、教学行为反馈方面存在突出问题,电子绩效支持系统(EPSS)因自身具有的优势可用于高校教师培训。本文给出了面向高校教师的EPSS设计方案,并指出该方案设计与实施中应注意的问题。

The training of teachers' education technology in higher school in China has outgoing problems in the aspects of the master of the practical knowledge and content, the choice of the training ways, the improvement of the teaching efficiency and the feedback of the teaching action. The electronic achievement supporting system can be used for the training of teachers in higher school because of its own superiority. The author states the designing project of the electronic achievement supporting system that faces the advanced teachers and puts forward the problems that should be focused when we design and implement the project.
