摘要
系统研究了超临界流体技术(SFE)从玉米蛋白粉中提取玉米黄色素的温度、压力、时间、夹带剂等工艺条件;该提取法比常规的化学溶剂提取法的得率高2.2倍。同时还探讨了玉米黄色素的稳定性,结果表明需低温、避光保存。
Corn - yellow pigment can be extracted from CGM by the supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) . The paper syste studied the influence of temperature, pressure, time, cosolvent solution on the extraction. Compared to the traditional solvent extraction a higher efficiency was obtained in the SFE. The yield of com - yellow pigment by SFE was 2. 2 times as much as in solvent extraction. The stability of corn - yellow pigment was also studied, it is sensitive to sunlight and should be preserved in dark at low temperature.
