应用SAS软件实现摩擦材料配方的优化设计

Optimization design for formulation of the friction material by SAS

以摩擦系数的变化量为目标,利用多元线性回归技术进行数据分析,通过SAS软件得到多元回归方程。根据多元回归方程,利用优化技术,在计算机上动行后得到一组优化配方及其性能指数。结果表明,该方法能解决摩擦材料配方的优化问题,且优化配方性能完全满足国标要求。

A multi regress equation of the friction coefficients was achieved by SAS,in which multi linearity regress mechanic to analyze data is used. An optimization formula and performance property were achieved by the multi regression equation.The results showed that this method can solve the problem of the friction material's formula and the performance of formulation can meet the demands of international standard.
