摘要
分析了当前技术空前发展及经济全球化两大社会发展趋势,在此次前提下对技术型人才培养进行重新审视,认为新形势下,技术型人才仍需独立存在,其重要性正不断提升,技术型人才的知能结构具有应变、综合和创新特征,技术型人才培养要求产学研结合必须进一步深化。
The author analyses two important trends including unprecedented development of technology and globalization of economy, regards that technical talents are needed in society, their knowledge structure has the changable, synthetic and creative characteristics, and their training needs the cooperation of industry, school and research be further developed.
