针对新世纪对高等教育提出的客观要求,从开拓创新型人才、文理并举的通识型人才、一专多能的应用型人才等三个方面论述了新世纪人才培养的基本模式。

Aining at the requivement of new century to higher education,the author discusses the basic pattern of talents training in the new century from three aspects of creative talents, talents with general knowledge and applied talents with much ability who are proficient in a particular field.
