Views on the Civil Liability Arisen from Voluntary Service

无因管理是法律赋予管理人管理他人事务的法律依据,因无因管理而引起的民事责任,应由管理人及本人根据实际情况合理承担,充分体现了法律的公平合理原则。

Voluntary service is that the law gives a caretaker the legal basis of managing other's affairs.The caretaker and owner should undertake the actual conditions.And thus it can fully reflect the fair and reasonable principle of the law.
