摘要
生态环保和可持续发展不仅是住宅更新换代的侧重点,更是21世纪全球研究的主课题。我们应认清中国住宅发展所处的历史阶段,以更新的概念去指导住宅设计,把健康和环保的思想引入住宅规划和设计之中。
The ecological environmental protection and the sustainable development are not only emphases renewed in housing construction, but also the main subjects studied in the whole world in the 21st century. This paper makes it clear that the housing construction is developing in China so far; just at this moment it is quite wise to introduce some new ideas such as a good health and an environmental protection etc. in the project and design of Chinese housing.
