十六大报告最大的理论特色之一,是提出发展要有新思路的观点,在“发展是硬道理”的基础上,更深层次地回答了“我们为什么要发展”的问题。按照“三个代表”的要求,努力发挥比较优势,积极探索发展的新思路,是今后全党的重大历史任务。
One of the greatest theory characteristics in the report of the 16th national congress of the CPC is topropose that there should be a 'new way of Thinking' in development. On the basis of 'development is an absoluteprinciple', it answers an issue on 'why we should develop'. At the request of 'Three Represents', we should give full playto the comparative advantage and explore the 'new way of thinking' of China's development actively.
