摘要
在中国企业管理理论的发展中,团队构建是一个相当活跃的领域。本文从组织的基础结构、管理策略、员工态度三个方面分析了其对团队构建的影响,而这三方面的突破将推进团队构建的健康发展。
Teamwork-building has always been a lively area in the theoretical studies of enterprise management in China. This paper analysis three factors which have effect on the teamwork-building: the basic structure, management strategy and personnel attitude. It follows that the breakthrough of the three factors will promote the development of teamwork-building.
