关于建国初期我党反腐败斗争的历史思考

Reflection on the History of the Party's Anti-Corruption Strive at the Earlier Stage of the Founding of PRC

回顾建国初期我党反腐败斗争的历史,笔者认为,要取得今后反腐败斗争的胜利,必须有正确的理论指导和充分的思想准备;必须把反对官僚主义、以权谋私和贪污腐化作为斗争的重点来抓;必须把教育和惩治结合起来,严明党纪国法;必须加强民主监督,完善党的监督机制;党员领导干部,尤其是高级领导干部必须以身作则。

Reviewing the history of the Party's Anti-corruption strive at the earlier stage of the founding of the PRC, the author holds that only by having the correct theory as the guidance and fully mental preparation can we win success in fighting corruption. The key to success is to combat bureaucracy, using one's power to seek private gains and corruption and degeneration. It is essential to combine education with punishment, enforce and maintain the Party's disciplines and national law, as well as enhance democratic supervision and perfect the Party's monitoring mechanism.
