中国职业教育教学改革与课程建设——挑战与对策

On Chinese teaching reform of vocational education and curriculum construction

职业教育要适应经济和社会发展的需要,必须提高自身的创新能力,不断推进体制创新、制度创新和深化教育教学改革。本文分析了职业教育教学改革和课程建设领域面临的挑战,并提出了应当采取的思路和对策,包括培养目标具体化、文化教育功能化、专业教育实际化、教学过程行动化、质量评价社会化、管理重心基层化。

The author analyses the challenge teaching reform and curriculum construction in vocational education face, puts forward the countermeasures including concrete training target, functional cultural education, practical specialized education,active teaching process, socialized quality evaluation and basic management focus.
