摘要
目前的涂装前处理用水具有明显的不合理性。如果将涂装前处理分为两个节水的单元,自动实现槽液的补加,清洗水清洁度的监测和自动补加,则可以最大限度地提高水的重复利用率,在保证涂装质量的前提下,制订一个合适的清洗水的清洁度工艺范围,从而最大限度地减少自来水的使用量,节约宝贵的淡水资源并降低污水处理费用,降低产品成本。
At present, in painting pretreatment process, the controlling of adding fresh water is by the pressure of valve, while the controlling of the letting of the used water is mostly by personal judgement. If link related chemical solution tanks by tubes, detect the level of chemical solution and use this detected signal to control the on/off of the tube and pump, measure the cleanliness of the washing water and control the adding of fresh water and so on, thus we get two water-saving units, in these two systems, the water is used economically and repeatedly, and the high painting quality is obtained and the cost of fresh water is reduced.
