摘要
用H_2O_2氧化Co^(2+)成Co^(3+),以EDTA为显色剂,测定Co^(3+)-EDTA配合物的吸光度,以求得镀液中的含钴量。实验结果表明,显色体系最大吸收波长位于540nm处,钴浓度介于0-0.7mg/10mL遵守比尔定律。Co^(3+)-EDTA配合物在强酸介质中十分稳定,方法具有高选择性。应用于钯钴合金镀液中钴的测定,方法简便快捷。
Oxidate Co^(2+) to Co^(3+) with H_2O_2 and use EDTA as the color show to determine the Co^(3+)-EDTA conjugation's absorbency, in order to get the cobalt in the plating liquid. The experiment result indicate that color show system's maximum absorb wavelength is at 540nm and cobalt consistence is in 0-0.7mg/10mL comply to the Bill law. Co^(3+)-EDTA conjugation is very stable in the strong acid medium, the method have higher optional. The method applied in the determine of cobalt in the Pd-Co alloy plating liquid is convenient and fast.
