摘要
“和而不同”的重要文化策略 ,对于经济全球化背景下发展少数民族艺术不光是相适的 ,而且更具有特殊的意义 ,这样必然可以突破地域、语言等方面的局限 ,在激活和保持本民族艺术的个性特质的基础上 ,更大程度地实现民族艺术在文化生命意义上的有效增殖 ,并且保持其持续发展的活力。就民族艺术自身而言 ,显然是优势与局限同在 ,而探讨民族艺术在当代文化背景下的发展和创新问题时 ,则有必要对其进行文化上、特别是美学上的反思与扬弃。
When some discussers talk about the advance choice of Chinese culture that it is in pluralistic culture developing state of our time, “in harmoniousness but not in sameness' the important culture tactics is put forword, I think it's not only harmonious for developing art of minority nationalities with the background of culture globalism, but it has more special meaning, as it can break through the limitation of region,language and so on, on the base of activating and keeping the individuality of this national art, to realize effective increment with culture life meaning in more great extent, and keeping its vigour of continued developing. So far as national art itself, it's quite obviousl that both superiorty and limitation exist, so when talking about problem of developing and innovating with national art that is in background of present culture, it's necessary to make reflection and sublation on culture,especially on aesthetic. On the base of this,it can find the new growing base point of national art,national aesthetic in culture ecologic envirnment, letus make a special and new contribution to the aesthetic in the 21th century.
