摘要
For many years,the'grammar-Translation Approach' 'Teacher-centered Method'have dominated in classrooms. Non-English majors'communicative competence,as documented in much recent literature in EFL teaching,is still below the expected level.To offset this deficiency,the author breaks the traditional model and explores new ways of making a successful transition to the modern approach of communicative teaching by presenting an experiment as well as the result,which indicates that the approach is effective.
本文从大学英语阅读课教学必须适应社会需要,培养学生用英语进行交际的能力这一教学目的为切入点,对传统的英语教学法和交际教学法进行分析比较,提出了提高非英语专业学生英语交际能力的交际教学法,设计了英语阅读课教学中实施交际教学法的四个步骤,在教学实践中进行了具体实施,并报告了在实施过程中的具体细节,以及取得的较好的教学效果,肯定了交际法在大学英语阅读课教学中的积极作用以及实施这种方法的必要性。
