摘要
根据传统语言学的观点,母语思维对外语学习只有“负面影响”。笔者认为这种观点有一定的片面性,没有反映语言学习的本质。本文试图从语言与思维的关系、语言的共同性及实证研究和问卷调查来证明,母语思维有助于二语习得。
The popular belief that L1 thinking is negative needs to be reconsidered in the cognitive frame work . This paper argues that native language contributes to L2 acquisition. The author has based her argument on the relationship between language and thinking, universal characteristic of language and her own empirical studies.
