Lagging Effect and Its Epistemological Significance

滞后效应是事物长程因果关系的表征。它在自然界、人类社会、人类思维和科学史中普遍存在。考察滞后效应的认识论意义在于:它是辩证决定论的重要证据;是认识具有相对性的重要根据;是实践标准具有不确定性的重要原因;是坚持科学实践观、发展观的重要课题。

The lagging effect is a sign of the long causality of the things. It generally exist in nature , human society , human thinking and history of science. The epistemological significance of investigating the lagging effect lies in: it is an important evidence of the di alectical determinism; an important foundation of the knowledge with relativity; an important reason of the practicing standard with uncertainty; an important subject of insisting on practicing concept of science and developing concept.
