'Three Represents' thought and the CPC's rule by law have an inevitable contact. 'Three Represents' thought has laid a solid foundation for the CPC's rule of law . To carry out and realize 'Three Represents' thought is an inevitable request of the CPC's rule by law and also a concrete embodiment to strengthen and consolidate the CPC's ruling status.
