摘要
中小学德育实践中存在的诸多形式主义表现非但没有提高德育实效 ,反而损坏了教育者自身的形象。学校和教育者只有重视学生品德的内化践行过程 ,建立完善科学的德育评价机制 ,强调从基础修养抓起 ,加强德育工作队伍建设 ,才能克服形式主义 。
In the practice of moral education there are many manifestations of formalism and they didn't improve the actual effect of moral education but damaged the images of teachers. So we should strengthen moral education, make the system of evaluation more perfect and then we can overcome formalism and improve the actual effect of moral education conscientiously.
