本文在对高职毕业生就业难这一问题产生的原因进行综合分析的基础上,从转变教育观念,优化专业设置,加强实训教学,培养高素质教师队伍,加强对毕业生就业的组织指导等五个方面阐述解决问题的对策。

This article comprehensively analyze the difficulty and cause in senior vocational graduates' getting a job, but also expounds some countermeasures to solve the problems in the following aspects: optimize offered majors, enhance teaching of practical training, foster some teachers with high--quality and pay more attention to instructing graduates how to get a job.
