学校不是盈利机构,但并不等于不能用经济学的评价方法对高校的投资进行分析,从经济学角度应完全 可以对高校迅速扩张现象进行经济性质的投资分析,也并不等于说以利润最大化为原則来评价高校。而是从教育 的性质、任务、目的角度入手运用经济学方法来进行分析和评价,来揭示学校投资的经济效益,防止教育资源的浪 费。

Schools are non-profit organizations, but that doesn' t mean we can't use economic evaluation methods to analyse the investment efficiency of colleges and universities. According to the economic view of points, the economic investment analysis is completely applicable to the phenomenon of fast expension of colleges and universities. But it doesn't refer that we can take the principle of maximizing profit to evaluate universities and colleges. From the view of educational nature, tasks and purposes, we should take the economic methods to analyse and evaluate, reveal the economic benefits of investments of colleges and universities, so that the waste of educational resources can be prevented.
