'The Spirits of Law' is the core conception of legal philosophy of Montesquieu. In his opinion, 'The Spirits of Law' is the intrinsic law of natural society and politic society, which exists objectively and exercises decisive influence on building of polity, developing of society and the freedom of politics. Starting from 'the spirits of law' , the complete and perfect ideology of Montesquieu had been formed.
