摘要
随着我国高等教育的大众化,每年的高校毕业生都在200万以上,同时每年都有20％左右的高校毕业生落实不了就业单位。大学毕业生就业难究竟难在那里,本文从九个方面进行了分析了和探讨。
This paper, from the the rapid development of HEP in China and the current serious problems in employment, analyses the main reasons of the difficulty in the college graduates' employment.
