水解脱铂金圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

The use of the new Trufill detachable coil system in the endovasculartreatment of intracranial aneurysms

目的 介绍水解脱铂金圈 (TrufillDCS)系统栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的体会 ;探讨TrufillDCS系统在治疗颅内动脉病中的优、缺点及前景。方法 采用神经介入TrufillDCS系统栓塞治疗 5例 6枚颅内动脉瘤。结果 用水解脱铂金圈TrufillDCS系统成功地对 5例患者 6枚颅内动脉瘤进行了栓塞 ,10 0 %栓塞 2枚 ,95 %栓塞 3枚 ,90 %栓塞 1枚 ,无与栓塞材料有关的手术并发症发生。结论 使用TrufillDCS系统栓塞治疗颅内动脉是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗方法 ;TrufillDCS具有柔软、贴壁性好、填塞充分、解脱快、可靠等特点。

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of the use of the new Trufill detachable coil system(Trufill(r) DCS) in the endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 5 cases with 6 aneurysms were treated by Trufill(r) DCS. Results All cases were treated by using Trufill(r) DCS in the endovascular treatment .2 aneurysms embolizated 100%,3 aneurysms embolizated 95%,1 aneurysm embolizated90%.No complications of Trufill(r) DCS material presented.Conclusions It is one of safety, reliable, effective therapy using the Trufill(r) DCS in the endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Trufill(r) DCS are soft, easy to get dense pack, well conform to sidewall, quick detachable and technically reliable.
