胸苷激酶及其在泌尿系统肿瘤中的研究进展
摘要
胸苷激酶 (TK)是近年研究较多的一类肿瘤标志酶 ,与细胞内DNA合成、细胞分裂和增殖密切相关。本文概述TK生物学特点、功能及其在泌尿系统肿瘤早期诊断和治疗中的研究进展。
