摘要
为分析不同龙眼品种之间的遗传差异及亲缘关系,以近年从广西引进的四季蜜龙眼和原产广东、福建、广西的9个龙眼品种的叶片为材料,以基因组DNA为模版,使用100条随机引物进行RAPD扩增,其中18条引物扩增出清晰的具多态性的DNA谱带。采用UPGMA法对这18条引物扩增的谱带进行聚类分析发现,遗传距离系数为0 8时,可将10个龙眼品种(系)分为3组,第1组含四季蜜,第2组含灵龙,第3组含其余8个常规龙眼品种,它们是古山二号、储良、友谊、龙优、石硖、松风本、大乌圆和广眼。
Genetic difference and relationship among 10 samples of longan cultivars was studied by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). One hundred primers were used in screening by RAPD and 18 selected primers were able to produce clear polymorphic patterns. The results generated by using UPGMA algorithm to cluster genetic distance calculated from RAPD data showed that these 10 cultivars were divided into tree groups. Group Ⅰ included cultivar 'Sijimi'. Group Ⅱ included 'Linglong'. Group Ⅲ included the other longan cultivars. They were Gushan 2, Chuliang, Youyi, Longyou, Shixia, Songbenfeng, Dawuyuan, Guangyan.
