摘要
研究了新农抗万隆霉素的发酵工艺,通过单因子试验和多因子正交试验筛选出其发酵培养基是(w %):葡萄糖3,玉米淀粉1,玉米浆1 5,豆饼粉1,(NH4)2SO40 2,NaCl0 5,CaCO30 5,MgSO40 1,KH2PO40 1,pH7 2;通过30L发酵罐的试验,确定了其发酵条件:温度32℃,接种量10%,种龄为28h,通气0~24h,1∶0 8V Vm,24~48h,1∶1V Vm,48~84h:1∶0 6V Vm。并在500L发酵罐中成功地进行了放大试验。
Fermentation process of new agricultural antibiotic bandungmycin were studied. By single_factor and muti_factor orthogonal experiment, fermentation medium were obtained(w/%):glucose 3, maize starch 1, corn slurry 15,soybean powder 1, (NH_4)_2SO_4 02, NaCl 05,CaCO_3 05, MgSO_4 01, KH_2PO_4 01, pH 72;In 30 L fermentator, fermentation condition were obtained: temperature 32 ℃, inoculum size 10%, inoculum ages 28 h, ventilating control 0~24 h:1∶08 V/V_m 24~48 h:1∶1 V/V_m 48~84 h:1∶06 V/V_m. And the magnification experiment of fermentation process were successfully done in 500 L fermentator.
