This thesis contains brief overviews of the Zilog's latest power-efficient,high-speed eZ80F91 MCU and Zilig's TCP/IP software suite(ZTP). It describes how to develop an embedded web server using the web server capabilities offered by the MCU in conjunction with ZTP software. The remote embedded measure and control equipment with web server can be monitored and controlled through the intranet or the internet.The functionality and implementation of the software and hardware are demonstrated. The equipment is designed for the requiring control and Internet connectivity. The method is efficient,low cost and can be used widely. EZ80F91 is well_suited for industrial,communication,automation,security,and embedded internet applications.
