摘要
采用8031构成三相脉冲宽度调制PWM半控整流器,由于应用一种新的脉冲调制控制技术,使输入电流和输出电压中的低次谐波含量很小。系统功率因数高达0 98,功率开关元件少,单片机控制容易,成本低、体积小,电路具有十分广泛的应用价值。
This thesis discussed the issue that using the 8031 SCM to structure the PWM half_control rectifier of three_phase pulse width modulation, the low harmonious wave in input current and output voltage is very small because adopting new modulation control technology. The system factor is prominent(098), the power switch components are few, the SCM control is simple, it also has some other advantages such as cheap cost, small bulk and broad practical application value.
