Two Maladies Existing in the Management of Book Quality

针对图书出版中存在的质量问题,指出图书质量管理中的"两大忌":一忌"三审制""有姿势,无实际";二忌缺乏明确的检查机制和奖惩机制。

Aiming at the quality problems in book publishing, this paper has pointed out two maladies existing in the management of book quality. The first is system of three_level reading. This system has only its form and has not been carried into execution effectively. The second is the lack of checking system as well as a clear mechanism of rewards and punishments.
