摘要
RNA沉默是广泛存在于真核生物中作用于特定RNA的降解机制,其在植物中的系统性传播主要依靠可移动的沉默信号分子.信号在植株中能进行双向性的远距离传播,但向上比向下传播更有效率.目前对这方面的研究主要在嫁接、农杆菌侵染和基因枪轰击三个体系中进行.此信号分子的成分可能是siRNA、异常RNA及dsRNA中的一种.
RNA silencing is a degradation mechanism that act on special target RNA in a broad range of eukaryotic organisms.The systemic spread of silencing depends on a mobile silencing signal.The signal can move bidirectionally,but seem like more efficiently upward than downward . At present,the plant systems for the study of systemic silencing is graftion,Agrobacterium tumefaciens and gold particles bombard.The signal is one of siRNA,aberrant RNAs and dsRNAs.
