单疱疹病毒结构蛋白VP22在细胞间的穿梭及其在基因治疗中的应用

摘要 VP22是单疱疹病毒间层的主要蛋白,它表现出在细胞间穿梭的特性,因此VP22可能被用作一种潜在的蛋白质传递体系,在癌基因治疗中用来传递治疗的毒性分子或介导间隙连接阴性细胞的旁观效应,以提高基因治疗的效果.本文主要就VP22的亚细胞定位、细胞间的转运机制、功能结构域及其在基因治疗中的应用方面综述。
