甲胎蛋白与肝细胞癌
摘要
甲胎蛋白已广泛应用于原发性肝癌的筛查、诊断、疗效评价和预后提示,近年来对于其结构、功能、作用机制进行了深入研究,使其在基因免疫治疗和作为载体用于治疗原发性肝癌方面有了长足发展。
