摘要
目的:从基因水平探讨闭塞性动脉硬化症血瘀证微观实质.方法:以病证结合方式,严格按照诊断标准选取160例闭塞性动脉硬化症血瘀证和非血瘀证患者,用流式细胞技术,进行了bcl-2和HSP70基因的表达的观察、对比、分析,并以健康人为对照,从基因水平对闭塞性动脉硬化症血瘀证形成的微观机理和演变规律进行探索.结果:闭塞性动脉硬化症血瘀证患者存在CD62p基因、HSP70基因的异常表达(P<0.01或P<0.05),并且其指标异常与基因表达水平的高低与血瘀证各型之间存在密切关系.结论:基因组学是病证研究的最佳切入点.
Objective:To explore the microcosmic mechanism of patients with Arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and of blood stasis syndrome (BSS) type at the level of gene. Method: 160 patients with ASO and of both BSS and non - BSS types were selected according to the diagnostic standard. The expression of bcl-2 and HSP 70 genes was achieved by flow cytometry. Compared with the expression of healthy person, the microcosmic forming and evolving mechanism of BBS in ASO patients were explored. Result:There was abnormal expression of bcl-2 and HSP 70 genes in patients with ASO and of ESS type (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The result of expression had close relationship with each type of BSS. Conclusion:Genome study is the best way of modern research on BSS.
