桂花种子皮黑色素的提取及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用碱性溶液提取、酸水解、多种有机溶剂萃取沉淀等工艺手段分离纯化了桂花种子皮黑色素,其得率为0.34%(以湿原料为准).测定了该色素的抗氧化活性,抗坏血酸为0.25g/g(1.42mmol/g). The extraction technology of melanin from Osmanthus fragrans' seeds was studied. Melanin was isolated from Osmanthus fragrans' seeds by alkaline extraction, acid hydrolysis, and repeated precipitation with a yield 0.34% (wet material). The antioxidant activity of the melanin was determined, and it was 0.25 g/g(or 1.42 mmol/g).
