摘要
用超临界萃取技术对青藏高原产的腺毛茶藨种子中脂肪酸进行了萃取,其萃取率12.0%.用毛细管气相色谱进行分离和分析,结果表明不饱和脂肪酸在90%以上.其中α-亚麻酸20.83%,γ亚麻酸7.11%,亚油酸46.0%.
A method besed on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and capillary gas chromatography (CGC) was developed for gualitative, and guantitative analysis of fatty acids of seed oil from Ribes giraldii in qinghai - Tibetan Plateau. The rate of extraction was 12% on SFE. The results showed that the contents of unsaturated acid were about 90% , among which α- linolenic acid, γ-linolenic acid and linoleic acid were 20.83%, 7.11% and 46.00%, respectively.
