摘要 海洋生物目前还属于一块新开发的领域,是未来人类获取药物的一个重要来源,海洋真菌作为一个重要分支,其发展潜力巨大.但目前,大部分海洋真菌还属于"难培养"微生物,常规方法和技术还不能对它们进行有效分离.为此,需对现有的分离方法和技术加以改进从而更佳适合分离来自海洋特殊环境的生物.作者就目前人们分离海洋真菌牵涉到的技术和方法作一总结,希望对未来它们的大规模分离和培养有所帮助. Marine biomass is a new field now and it is also an important source for human to get druggery. Marine fungi is a main branch, it has great potential to develop, but now most of 1 marine fungi are belonging to 'hard-culture' microorganism, we can hardly separate them by conventional method and technology. To do this, we need to improve the methods so as to isolate the biology from the special marine environment. The author summarizes the ways and means involved, and hoped this would do some help in future.
