摘要
海参属棘皮动物门海参纲,是海洋中重要的食物资源和药物资源.全世界海参已知约有1000余种,我国约有140多种.海参含有多种生物活性物质,如多糖、甾醇、皂苷、脂肪酸和毒素等,具有增强人体免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗凝血、保护神经组织、降低血粘度等作用.作者综述了国内外海参生物活性物质组成及其药理作用的研究进展.
Sea cucumber belongs to the Holothurioider of Echinodermata, and it is one of the important food and drug resources in the sea. There are about 1 000 kinds of sea cucumbers in the world and about 140 kinds of sea cucumbers in China. There are many bioactive substances in the sea cucumbers, such as amylos-es, saponins, enzymes, fatty acids, toxins et al, and their capability to increase immunity, resist tumour and cruor, protect nerve tissue, ease pain and resist epiphyte. The composition and pharmacological function of bioactive substances in the sea cucumbers was synthesized.
