黄羽肉鸡苏氨酸需要量的研究

摘要 选取1日龄江村黄鸡中速型黄羽肉鸡雌苗3000只,采用单因子试验设计,共6个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复100只.试验期75d,分3个阶段,每个阶段25d.在日粮中分别添加0,200,400,600,800,1000g/t质量分数为99%苏氨酸,测定各处理组的增重、饲料报酬(FCR)、死亡率.试验结果表明:苏氨酸对增重、FCR等生长性能有良好的影响:在本试验的日粮前提下,日粮总苏氨酸质量分数分别为:小鸡0.84%,中鸡为0.76%-0.78%,大鸡为0.71%-0.73%时的增重和FCR的效果最佳. 3 000 Chinese yellow chicken at one-day-old were utilized to investigate the threonine requirement at different stages:starter(0-25 day), grower(26-50 day), finisher(51-75 day). Six treatments were included in the different dietary supplemental level of threonine (0, 200, 400, 600, 800 1 000 g/t). And 5 repeats for each treatment. The requirement were determined by the weight gain and feed conversion rate (FCR).The results demonstrated that dietary supplemental level 600 g/t(total dietary level 0.84%), 800 g/t (total dietary level 0.78%), 600 g/t(total dietary level 0.71 %) had significant effect on the chicken weight gain at starter, grower, finisher respectively (P<0.05), dietary supplemental level 800 g/t (total dietary level 0.84%), 600 g/t(total dietary level 0.76%), 800 g/t(total dietary level 0.73%) had significant effect on the chicken FCR at starter, grower, finisher respectively(P<0.05). Requirement of the threonine at different stages were as follows: starter, 0.84%, grower, 0. 76%-0.78%;finisher,0.71%-0.73%.
