基于小波分析的ESD电磁干扰检测

ESD Electromagnetic Interference Detection Based on Wavelet Analysis

文中利用小波分析处理瞬态突变信号的特点,采用 db4小波对 ESD 信号进行分析。模拟仿真结果表明,小波分析能从窄带干扰中提取出衰减振荡的 ESD 信号,对 EMI 中的 ESD 信号进行检测。

Based on the feature of wavelet analysis which is suitable for processing transient signal,the ESD signal was analyzed by db4 wavelet.The simulations confirm that the oscillating damping ESD signal among the EMI can be ex- tracted from the narrowband interferences,and be detected by wavelet analysis.
