The fault diagnosis technology based on BP neural network is analyzed in this paper.The BP neural network is applied in the dual sets of GPS/INS integrated navigation system.Fault diagnosis and fault-tolerate configure to the integrated navigation system are realized.The diagnosis result indicates that this way has very much value in engineering.
