权重不确定时防空作战部署方案优选方法

A Method of Selecting Optimal Operational Disposition Scheme of Air Defence on Uncertain Weighting Coefficients Circumstances

防空作战部署方案的优选是一种多属性决策问题。各项评价指标的权重主要取决于指挥员的主观评价。这种主观评价常常又是模糊、不清晰的,因此指挥员有时只能给出某些评价指标权重的大致取值范围。文中基于最大隶属度原则,对这种权重不确定情况下的部署方案的优选进行了探讨,给出了一种合理有效、易于计算实现的部署方案优选方法。

To select optimal operational disposition scheme of air defence is a multiple criteria decision making problem.The weighting coefficient of every criterion is mainly decided by commanders' subjective evaluation.Usually the subjective evaluation is fuzzy,so sometimes commanders can only give some probable ranges of some criteria' weighting coefficients.Based on the maximal membership principle,we discuss how to select optimal disposition scheme on uncertain weighting coefficientscircustances.We give a method that is a rational and effective one,and can be calculated easily.
