新的 H.2 64/AVC标准支持更广范围的应用 ,不仅提供更高效率的编码机制 ,也在致力于满足实际网络应用的需要 .本文重点讨论了标准在视频通信中针对差错恢复能力和网络适应性等方面应用的关键技术 ,包括参数设定结构、NAL单元语法结构、多余片。

The new H.264/AVC standard is designed to support a broad range of applications.It provides mechanisms for coding video that are optimized for compression efficiently and aim to meet the needs of practical multimedia communication applications. Some key aspects which are for robustness to data errors/losses and flexibility for operation over a variety of network environments in video communication, including parameter set structure, NAL unit syntax structure,redundant slice and flexible macroblock ordering are discussed in this paper.
