摘要
坝上地区自然环境脆弱性再叠加不合理的资源开发利用等人类活动干扰是导致区域生态环境日趋恶化的根本原因 ,农业生产与生态环境长期处于恶性循环之中。要改变这种状况 ,必须实现区域生态建设与农业生产协调发展。本文以坝上地区沽源县为例 ,指出了生态建设与农业生产协调发展存在的问题 ,论述了生态建设与农业生产协调发展的必要性 ,并提出了战略途径。
The regional eco-environment in Bashang Plateau has been increasingly worsened because of the vulnerability of natural environment and the human activities of exploiting irrationally resources. Agricultural production and ecosystem in the region are in vicious cycle for a long period of time .In order to change this situation, the relationship between ecological construction and agriculture production must be coordinated. This research analyzed the difficulties and necessity of realizing harmonious development by the case study of Guyuan County in Bashang Plateau, and put forward the basic strategic ways of developing agricultural production and ecological construction in the end.
