摘要
高校公开选拔领导干部的关键是对竞聘者的考核评价是否科学、全面和准确。本文应用多级Fuzzy综合评价的方法对竞聘者进行综合评价,为选拔任用领导干部提供科学的依据。
The key to the open cadres selection lies in the correctness,comprehensiveness and science, dealing with which,the thesis adopts the method of multiple Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment in the cadres selection and provides a scientific basis for the cadres selection.
