In this paper,the composition of Virtual Instrument(Ⅵ)was Introduced.We design a Virtual digital Oscillo- scope based on Labwindows/CVI and multi-function card PXI-6670E by National Instruments company.This system has powerful function,Not only has data acquisition on real time.but also has spectrum analysis,add windows trea- ting,filter function and digital storage function.
