摘要
针对目前国内中小型钢铁企业的特点,提出了适合中小型钢铁企业的链式CIMS体系结构。即包含有:总线控制系统的生产执行系统MES,它作为构建企业CIMS的信息起始链;与生产活动相关的基本管理信息系统MIS,它构成简单的企业生产经营链;Internet和Intranet的企业e化系统EES,它是信息链的终端。分别阐述了EES,MIS,MES的功能、内容及实施的关键核心技术和支撑系统,为中小型钢铁企业实施CIMS工程提供了一种切实可行的技术方案。
A new chain-typed CIMS architecture is put forward, according to the characteristics of the medium and or small sized iron and steel enterprises. It consists of manufacturing executive system(MES), management information system(MIS) and enterprise e system(EES). MES includes fieldbus control system and acts as the starting chain of building enterprise CIMS. MIS involves in the manufacturing actions and constructs the manufacturing business chain. EES is based on the Intranet/Internet and forms the end of information chain. The functionalities, contents, key technologies and supporting systems are explained respectively. A scheme to implementing CIMS projects for the medium and/or small sized iron and steel enterprises is provided.
