摘要
针对球罐这种对使用安全和质量有较高要求的特殊容器,提出了特别适合球罐焊接加工的微机控制系统。它根据操作者输入的有关参数,自动调整焊接电流、焊接速度等主要工艺参数,使焊机始终工作在最佳状态;还能对焊丝用量和焊缝长度进行独立和累计运算。这不仅保证了球罐的生产工艺和质量要求,而且提高了焊接效率。该控制系统对其他制造业的焊接也有一定的参考价值。
A PC control system for sphere welding is designed to the special container with high requirement of safety and quality. According to the parameters entered by use, the main technique parameters such as welding current and solder speed etc. are adjusted automatically, making the welding machine in a proper state. The usage of weld wire and the solder crack length can be calculated. It is guaranteed the production techneque and quality requirement, as well the welding efficiency.
