摘要 利用硫酸氢钠作为催化剂合成了己酸乙酯,通过正交试验得出其最佳合成条件为:投料比n(己酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶2;w(硫酸氢钠)∶w(反应物)=2:100;带水剂w(甲苯)∶w反应物=1∶4,反应时间2h,酯化率达95.0%以上.该催化剂催化效果好,无污染,易分离回收,可重复使用. Use of sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst on the esterification of ethyl caproate was studied. The optimized condition was obtained by orthogonal test: the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1:2; the mass ratio of catalyst to the reactants is 2%; the mass ratio of toluene to the reactants is 1:4; and the reaction time is 2.0h, the esterification yield is 95.1%.Experimental results showed that sodium hydrogen sulfate is a highly active catalyst for the reaction. The catalyst could be isolated from other matters and repetition use.
