摘要
新时期我国林业建设目标的重大转变和林业的快速发展,要求林业建设者的整体素质要有一个大的提高,这给林业培训提出了新的更高的要求。为此,林业培训工作必须从体制改革入手,更新培训观念,创新培训机制,走林业培训产业化发展的道路,为促进林业跨越式发展提供可靠的人才保障和智力支持。
The momentous transition of forestry construction target and the repaid forestry development in the new period have required to enhance the integral quality of forestry constructors greatly, which has set an even higher demand on the forestry training. In order to give the reliable safeguard of talent and the support of intelligence for repaid development in forestry sector, we should start working on the structure reform, changing the old conception and innovating the training mechanism so as to find a way of forestry training industrialization.
